Schahl Fall (Part 2 of 3)

The fall fun continues!

We had some fabulous weather in September and Molly was able to get a lot of mowing done. Those weeds in the driveway cracks didn't stand a chance!

She even had some time to take a break and see if Carly needed any help with her projects.

Happy girl!

What can we say, she loves her sidewalk chalk.
Ready for my shoes mom.  This is where Molly (and Carly) stop every morning and evening to put on and take off their shoes.
Lunch on the veranda
Out for a sunny afternoon cruise around the yard.
Story time with the strawberry girls.
Good for kicking and gardening.
Just plain cute!
Aunt Joellyn gave us these really cool foaming bubbles.  Molly liked to eat them while Carly took a more studious approach.

Got our snacks and we're ready to ride!
Some days it's hard to tell who likes Daddy's tractor more.
A beautiful day to go to the apple orchard.
Molly LOVES her apples.
Carly doesn't mind them either...
...of course they always taste best when you get to pick them yourself

and obviously they taste much better covered in caramel!
Making red velvet cookie cakes for Daddy's birthday.
They taste better than they look....I promise!
Making beautiful music.
How cute is this.  Both girls actually love to brush their teeth, but at bed time if you ask Molly if she wants to brush her teeth she will drop whatever she is doing and head upstairs.
Kasson community education has a "Big Truck Celebration" to kick off the start of the new community ed year.  Carly loved the school bus, but make no mistake this picture only made the blog cut because it shows the magnificent leopard pants and red shoes.
Fireman Carly, uncle Andrew will be proud
She makes a mighty fine hood ornament.
There's a new sheriff in town.
And... that's all we got for the night.  Yes.. she's under there... see that hand?

Simply adorable. I CANNOT wait for our visit up north in 7 sleeps. Oh my goodness only 7 more sleeps. The girls look so big. Glad she likes those red shoes, if they are the ones I'm thinking of they were an amazing goodwill purchase.
